As a senior, I wanted one chance at an electric vehicle. Woodland Ford was my ultimate choice to get a Mach-e Mustang. I was model, color, trim, and price specific from my internet research, and Woodland Ford was exceptional in their efforts to deliver what I asked them for. Purchase experience was stellar, dealership was comfortable, sales staff were very professional and customer oriented. Financing and trade in met all my expectations, and was able to drive home with a car that I asked for. Highly satisfied with Sales and Service provided by this Dealership.
Seems to take better care of customers than earlier experiences. Better staff interactions, more thoughtful.

Pre delivery was excellent. Was kept informed of the status of the recall. However, when the car was delivered more information on key features of the vehicle would have been best.
Shopped online and saw your new Inventory, drove from Northern Ca to check your selection. Before driving down I reviewed other dealers, they didn't have the unit I was looking for.
I thought that Reggie, the Service Advisor handled our transaction with speed and efficiency. He couldn't have been more caring, or sympathetic is helping solve our situation. Providing a vehicle to get us to a Doctors appointment was unbelievable. I thought I would need to rent a car. I am definitely moving my service over to Woodland Ford after this great experience.

The worst customer service ever. I had an appointment this morning for a check engine light on my 2023 F-350 with 11,000 miles on it. Overall experience with getting my vehicle repaired was great. Should have a drop box instead of going through sales. Also I feel diagnosing fee is a little high. Other than that, 👍🏼

Requested mobile oil change and tire rotation. Communication from the tech was great, alerted me prior to arrival, and arrived early as well. Once underway I was impressed that they took care to prevent oil stains by placing tarp under vehicle. Did the job quickly and reviewed the work with me once complete. About 1 hour start to finish all without leaving the house. I plan on using this service for future oil changes and would recommend to others.

Woodland Ford was the 5th dealership I went to trying to get a safety recall done on my vehicle and I could not recommend it more. I was getting very frustrated that each dealership I went to either wouldn't schedule me for 6+ months or try to keep my vehicle for 2+ weeks. Woodland Ford got my recall done in 3 days, but a part broke on reinstall so they had to keep it for 2 extra days.
