Requested mobile oil change and tire rotation. Communication from the tech was great, alerted me prior to arrival, and arrived early as well. Once underway I was impressed that they took care to prevent oil stains by placing tarp under vehicle. Did the job quickly and reviewed the work with me once complete. About 1 hour start to finish all without leaving the house. I plan on using this service for future oil changes and would recommend to others.

Purchased a 2023 Expedition Max XLT 4WD from Woodland Ford last weekend, and the entire experience was excellent. Sales agent Sarah was very easy to work with, very positive, showed us around the vehicle, allowed a generous test drive on city and hwy. We had to leave early but had a verbal agreement to purchase and she was very nice in allowing us to finish the transaction the next day (and not sell it to anyone else!) The vehicle has 12k miles and is in excellent condition, it is a special edition so it has all the creature comforts, and most importantly our must-haves Pro Trailer Backup Assist and integrated trailer brake, which are key when you are towing and constantly hitching/unhitching. The car was prepped and fully cleaned and detailed for us the next day. Extremely happy with the whole process, great service and a great vehicle.

Woodland Ford was the 5th dealership I went to trying to get a safety recall done on my vehicle and I could not recommend it more. I was getting very frustrated that each dealership I went to either wouldn't schedule me for 6+ months or try to keep my vehicle for 2+ weeks. Woodland Ford got my recall done in 3 days, but a part broke on reinstall so they had to keep it for 2 extra days. A big shout out to my service advisor Jason. From the get go he was super helpful and friendly and got me scheduled right away with a reasonable time frame, knowing that I was driving 2.5 hours to the dealership to get the recall done. When a part broke on the repair he kept me updated and worked with me to get my vehicle picked up when I was at work. Really appreciate the service I got from Jason!
